Hi Experts

I am working in a remote machine (located in US) and it connected with VPN.

Now I want to read a .log file from my application which is running in my machine
(located in India) and .log file is stored in remote PC (US).

Due to some security policy issues, I can't share any drive to access it and not able
to copy that .log file.

So, Please let me know how can I read that file?

Regards,
Vijay

1 solution

1) Connect via remote desktop to the machine and view the file remotely.

2) Compress the log file and copy it to your machine for local viewing.

Hi Mehdi,
I can view that, But I need to read that content of the .log file and update it to SQL Server from using my local machine.
As I mentioned , There is no way to copy things due to security policy issues.

Contact the server's administrator for help.
