How to create a complete form using add more button

Hi I have a employee profile section just like linkedIN where they ask user to enter education , I also want to give one button to allow user to add any number of education as he want , just click on the button should create the same form again and user can enter multiple education records.
Is there any related example kindly share so that i can check it out ! I have seen how to create a dynamic control but i am looking for a method is there any resource available which shows the entire form creation rather than creating control one by one and also how to save them using .net MVC as model binder not using javascript.

I have tried to create a new control at run time but i am looking to create the complete div all elements inside that div with same design .
