What do I do to get started with Visual Studio C# and SharePoint?

I just installed the following:

- Windows 7 Professional x64
- SharePoint Server 2010 (with this tutorial)
- Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate for C#

Now I am going to program a SharePoint application looking like this:

But how do I start? I just need some tips to get startet in Visual Studio. I have had 2 years with C# programming, but never done anything SharePoint (other than installing it...).
