Hi,

You can use like the following:

<asp:TextBox ID="txtPassword" runat="server" Width="200px" onblur="ChangeMode()"  ></asp:TextBox>

C#

ChangeMode()
{
   document.getElementById("txtPassword").attr('TextMode', 'Password');
}
