Create Instance of crystal Report in code behind

Dear All

I designed a Crystal Report in my website and now want to create an instance in page level code behind so that i may assign run time database.

But I m unable to find the my report's object in code ??? in vb.net application it was working but in webpages its not creating the instance

The codes as as

// CrtCommission is Crytalreport object which is designed at design time already

Dim Crt As New CrtCommmission  // ITS GIVING ERROR Not CrtCommission Object Found
