Side Loading to Windows Phone 8

Hi
I've written my first Hello World app for Windows 8. I want to side load it onto my Nokia Lumia 820 using the SD card.

But I can't figure out how to generate the XAP file from my "Visual Studio 2012 for Windows 8"

Tried the Build and Deploy functions but no luck.

I searched all the folders and subfolders of the project but it's nowhere to be found.

Any advice please?
