Send Invitation to my Facebook and Twitter etc friends

I have very big problem because I have web form and i have some links about social media like facebook twitter etc.

I want to make when user click like facebook link to open that users friend invitation

How can i do this

I see so much web site with price but i dont want them i must have code or dll

I see some codes but i dont know how can i program it?

Please help me :(
