scroll div content without scroller

hi,
I am trying to scroll the content without scroller some thing like http://jsfiddle.net/TBsN8/[^].but the two div are in two different pages,how can I do this in my case.

What is "scroller"?
If it means "without scroll bar", then why? it's ugly, not visual feedback. Better don't do it.

no actually,I want to display scroll bar for outer div,With that scroll bar only I want to scroll the inner div content

Unrelated issue:
