Customer feedback application using interactive flash sms

Sir,

I want to create a automated customer feedback solution using interactive sms API.
But I can not find any this type of sms vendor who provide this type of API.

We need a two way flash sms pack that can be used to create an interactive
sms application using which we can save customer responses against specific
questions into the database along with responder's number.

Please give any suggestion to prepare this.
Please help.
