i am new in .net technology i have developed a windows application with sql server database
when i am creating setup and add database in application folder then there is a message comes this file is accessing by other application but it is not
please tell me right procedure for creating setup file with database including all steps ......

You have to add/create a Setup Project in VS 2010...

You would need to create a setup that creates/deploy database along with your application install.
