Error when deploying a SQLite + Entity Framework C# applicaton

Here's the error we receive when running the application on a machine that doesn't work:

    System.ArgumentException: The specified store provider cannot be found in the configuration, or is not valid. ---> System.ArgumentException: Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed.

make sure whatever PC you are deploying to has the correct .net framework version installed. Make sure it also has any updated/external DLLs installed that you are deploying as well if they are not included in your setup project. But without knowing all the facts/seeing your config file and what not...this is my best guess.
