DataGridView cell not editable after comeback from outside call.

I have used a datagridview in my project. I starts to fill datagridview from very first column of row. To fill a perticular column, I have to call a function by button that is positioned out side the datagridview in the window form. After completion outside call, I back to the next column of datagridview. Problem is here that I can't able to fill any of column, the cell is not writable here.

Please, Help me... and give solution.

yea - show the code - maybe we spot it. (What you want should work, so most likely it's a coding error)
