Hi,
I used Opengl es 2.0 in android. i am doing like Autocad related app in android. i am struggle in panning functionality. here am used for 2d scene GLSurfaceview to draw the line, circle, dashed line etc.. here i am doing for panning option to that glsurfaceview..
