i want to add dlls libraries to my project and i went step by step according the article , but i face trouble , the error is:
< Could not load file or assembly 'SerialBoxes, Version=1.0.2441.15934, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. >

also it works with .net framework 2.0 but when i compiling my program to .net framework 4.0 does not work

so if somebody use it or have any idea, help me

Not a valid question. You did not even reference the article. Why won't you ask its author a question?
You probably did not reference the assembly, of your target .NET assembly version is not compatible with the target .NET version of the assembly "SerialBoxes".
