Upgrade solution vs2008 to vs2010 error

Hello everyone,

Im facing an error when trying to upgrade a solution,with one project on it,from VisualStudio2008 to VS2010. The error says:"Missing compiler required member 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.ExtensionAttribute..ctor"

Any idea what can be the solution?
