Make setup of windows project in .net3.0

How we make a setup (for install of other system without taking files from internet). And I want to attach a folder with it and when we install this setup this folder will be copied in specified location.

plz tell me in detail..........

Solution 1

There's a setup project inside visual studio and there's a ton of installer programs, free and otherwise, all over the web. What did you try ?
