how to install sql server 2012 server management tool

i am trying to install sql server 2012 server management tool. so i can create database on server. but i got following error: "could not write values to key/software. verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel." as attached screen shot plz help to solve this issue i want to create database for my website. plz its urgent and thanks i work with asp.net

What version of MS SQL Server 2012 (for example: Express)?
