redirect http request to specific url

Dear sir,

i have two lan card Lan1(192.168.0.100,255.255.254.0)with internet(sharing) connection and Second LAN2(192.168.1.1,255.255.255.0) without internet

second LAN2 is connected with wire Less Access point WA(192.168.1.2,255.255.255.0,192.168.1.1(Default Gatway)

Now i m connecting My Mobile with wifi network the ip assign by DHCP server is 192.168.1.3

now i m requesting a website "www.google.com" it will open but i want to trace the request and redirect this request to another url

How can i do?
