Dynamic reporting

Greetings;

I'm working on a project.When installed on a portion of my project, I have a problem reporting.

I want to do something;
My report, personnel identification card bears the name. The information in the database is taken.
Among this information, including pictures is ways. Ie (c: \ images \ personal1.jpg) like.

Choose something that I want to make my records and reports show all the different recordings of it when I get a picture show.

eg "a" record of when I select a picture,
"B" when I select a record in b shows a picture of you.

You need to make Identification Card ID and Picture ID unique. The database design should be such that, any one value supplied can fetch all the other information related to it.

Create two queries, one based on Card ID, other on Picture ID. Based on available parameter, use the respective query and show it in the report.
