What a sh!t question...........

How the hell do we know what specification the client wants for his budget monitoring system, or what metrics the client wants to track;

Some fields you might want to track are;

WBS ID (Work Breadown Structure) helps to link to plan activity ID
Forecast cost
Actual cost
Comment (reason for over/underspend)
Status (perecntage complete)

Here is what is expected by enquirers:
1. TRY first what you want to do!
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.
