Unfortunately I am still lead to believe it has no ARM support inherently and so we are tied to an earlier version of VS. Please correct me if I am wrong on this.

I need to deploy and program for windows Mobile device that run from a base of windows CE 5.
they seemed to remove support for this in VS2010.

We are about to upgrade to 2010 so I expect we will in about 2-3 years time

Same here, as far as I know. We will probably move eventually, but there is no reason to rush.

Same for us... we will a year or two

don't want/like to move on with time and technology.?
Yes, we're thinking about it, and we will the very soon.

Probably people like me who don't like being paying testers for Microsoft and who would rather wait until they put it right than have to pay them for the privilege of finding the faults in their software?

The electronics brand we use has made a major step forward by integrating their programming system to Visual Studio, this makes me to stay with VS2010, but as soon as they will make the change I'll move.
Now it is truly sweet to program machines.

The response choices to the poll imply the question should be "Do you intend to move to Visual Studio 12?", not "Have you moved to Visual Studio 12?".

I found the move from 2008 to 2010 surprisingly easy and convenient. Wouldn't want to go back.
If 2010 to 2012 is as good I'll switch yesterday

It's not as good - it's better! Mostly colorless icons, all caps top level menus... Thanks for listening, Microsoft.

That would actually be a good next survey question - 'What do you think about the VS2012 UI changes'?
Not everybody would give a positive mark.

I'll second this.
Maybe a bit OT, but in my personal opinion, the new standard-style of vs2012 with that colorless icons, etc. looks very worse. Also I mean , who needs top level menus only in upper-case what is poorly to read.
But each to his own.

That would be a very good question. I hate the CAPS MENU ITEMS and the colourless interface. Colour adds a wealth of information which has been considered (in general) a good thing by UI experts for decades - so why remove it?

Words all in caps are harder to read, they may stand out but you have to concentrate more to get the meaning.
Of course after a few uses reading should no longer be necessary.
