Definitely not... uhm.. it depends?

Come on CodeProject this survey is pointless and not at all thought provoking, you can do better.

I will list most obvious
Desktop
Laptop
Mobile
Tablet
and other are...:
|
|
|
|
|
PDA, Handheld (ala Pandora), eBook Readers, Netbook, Ultrabook, Nettop, Games Console (Wii had Opera IIRC)...
But it's not asking you for types of devices, but how many different "physical" devices. At least, that's my understanding of the question

You are right. But while going through some of the answers, it seems that some are counting on types of devices.

Just thought I'd mention this now. CodeProject on my Google Nexus 7 in Google Chrome is almost unreadable.
There is content you cannot even get to in that browser.
I wondered why it looked like that. Then I tried it out on the dolphin web browser and it looks really great and works fine.
Just thought it might be interesting.

Same here. Codeproject website is difficult to browse on Crome

I count all desktops + all laptops = 1 device type

Which Roku allows you to browse the internet?

The survey definition is not clear without a good descritopn

Don't take it too seriously: count the thingies you use to browse the internet. Cannot be that difficult without any more details, right? I have a PC an a smart phone = 2.

PS: If you add your digital media player, go ahead. Won't change much. As an engineer, I would be interested in orders of magnitude and not in minor digits anyways.

I only use one device for my favourite website. It's the PC in the spare bedroom where I can get some real privacy.
