Seriously I have two things in my favour.
1. My sister in law is too stupid to use a computer.
2. She knows my opinion of her appearance anyhow. This is due to a strange phenomenon called female logic. An example: My wfie gets down about her weight. I attempt to cheer her up by proxy, by saying 'Gosh, your sisters posterior is spreading out, isn't it ?'. The next time I see the sister, she hits me and says 'so my butt's too big, is it ?'.
Women tell each other EVERYTHING. If, in the bedroom I wanted to be dressed like a schoolboy and smacked ( I don't BTW, that rumour is completely false, my ex-wife lies through her teeth ), my wife would of course tell every female friend she has about it, 'in confidence' and 'for a laugh'.
