All but Sales jgakenhe25-Oct-15 18:13 jgakenhe 25-Oct-15 18:13  Yep, I get stuck with a lot, but what burns me the most is when the Help Desk calls me and says that can't do something. They start mumbling on the phone about the problem then forward the call to me. I find out it is something Help Desk should had done in the first place; so now I am brought down to their level and wasting time doing more duties outside of my specialties.
