Wow. Looks like fun, only if I were 30 years younger and 25 pounds lighter . I'll stick to running, cycling, and mild-mannered weightlifting.

For F3, a 'Clydesdale' is anyone over 50 or over 200 pounds; I am both.
Can't change the first, this will help the second.
The other day, we had a new exercise: buddy squats. Have someone on your back WHILE you do squats. I ended up with someone about 6'4" and 260.
And F3 is at your own pace; you modify the exercises as needed.
Look up F3NATION to find a group.

A stop to this endless BS of happy smiley people being 'oh so nice' for a short period and then behaving as worthless fecal specimens the rest of the year. Honestly - an annual period of 'make-up', by it's very nature of being on seasonal schedule, makes it all the more insincere.
Scrooge, in fact, was right[^]* all along.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

He'd only need the 24 hours (well I don't really need the gun and the ammo either but you know, there are never enough of both).

I carry no manbun on me head. I do put tabs in front of lines. Those that put spaces get dealt with by Ctrl K D...
