I think that life with no challenges would be a dull one and I meant to say that if you have no challenges in your job then something is wrong and it's time to change it.
To me a bliss meaning a sort of euphoric state of mind, like those people in TV commercials sometimes, would definately mean it's time to move on and find some trouble to deal with

This is a bizarre thing to say. My worklife is bliss because it is challenging, interesting, and full of opportunities to learn new stuff.
