If you mean it looks like Win3 then I might consider it.
An operating system should be pretty like a Liebherr T 282B[^] is pretty.

There is no way I can get my business to fork out extra costs for install, training and redevelopment work involved (even with virtual XP).

As funny as it sounds, I do use Win7 at work (and love it), but Vista works just fine on my home machine and XP on the netbook, so I don't plan on replacing them.

Which shows that this pole should have beed separated into 2: one for personal and one for business use. They would show almost opposite trends.

ThatsAlok es, if paid for new hardware to run Window 7
I'm needing a new PC, but I'm putting off the hardware purchase until Windows 7 comes along. There are some rumours that it will be sometime in October that it will be available. Some even say it will be ready for the end of Summer Back to School season (I think they are being optimistic) and MS are saying 2010.
I'm hoping it is this year because my desktop PC is in need of replacement as it is now quite old.

I am already using the BETA in my tablet & my HTC-SHIFT. I would definitely upgrade when the OS is released...
But on my office PC... which still runs XP with IE6... God only knows

Yeah, i'm in the same boat. Holding out hope that the VPN plays along with W7 better than it did with Vista...
