That was mostly 7 days a week. But I did work a lot of 11AM to 7PM at work then 8PM to 3AM at home.

I cut the sleep to 4 to 5 hours + 30 minutes of vigorous exercise (treadmill) in the morning to wake up. Obviously I did not have a social life or a SO.

Nothing over the base salary. Although when pay raises came along I have done pretty well.
