When CP first introduced the MVP awards, we did have a few Indian origin MVPs, but they were all living outside India. Example : Rama Vavilala - quite possibly the most technologically smart CP member of all time.
When Aadhar was first rolled out by UIDAI, the most common distrust that was floated by opponents were how safe are biometric info which is stored in servers outside India.
And now citizens' biometrics (fingerprinting/ten printing) is called for to be used by every cheap biometric readers belonging to roadside merchants. What is the assurance that these information would not be unscrupulously recorded and replayed by the merchants later on?
