Oh dont take it all so seriously. It is no more silly than those 'will it blend' vids, or 'sticking mentos into coke' or a thousand and one videos on the net.

Toddlers who watch A-B-C rhymes don't slip into these videos you've mentioned(I agree they are equally sick). But the one I posted keeps coming on the suggestion list in Youtube, when kids intend to watch just the rhymes.
And please note the little ones try repeat what they see on the videos. And it's easily doable. I feel this is truly dangerous.

No, I didnt say they are sick.

They are going to take your car keys, go out of the house, get in the car, start it, and drive it?
If your kids can do that then perhaps you should hide your keys, because even giving them a toy car is encouraging them to drive!

I guess, next you will think of questioning if kids can set up a factory to make a real car. lol
The context is completely lost.
When you park your car, in your own garage, your kid shouldn't be motivated to put a toy under the wheels. You can't keep an eye 24x7. You can try you best, but it's also good not to expose your baby for wrong experiments. Simple

Yes, that was also my reaction when you suggested your kids would try to drive a real car over their toys.

Modern kids should not know about the existence of cars, that's dangerous

Glad you are still alive.
You can let your kid try this now?

I don't have any kids, and my nephew won't do that during winter. Too damned cold.

Triggered!

It would have been if he had brought up the subject of religion. That's the idea of a "trigger", causing a pavlonian reaction.
..but nice to see someone jump on a meme and try to ride it.

Toddlers shouldn't be watching A-B-C rhymes on the internet unsupervised in the first place. Lazyass parents tend to make those toddlers into mobile phone addict-zombies, so that's what needs urgent attention.
You want me to report the original video for what, exactly? I don't see anything objectionable in the original video, and won't report it just because you don't like it. You don't get to tell what people watch on the internet.

I guess even the creator of that dumb video wouldnt be so offended as much you have. Funny!

No, Excuse the message. you can go ahead and train your kid with these get-under-the-wheel videos.

Your selective amnesia is underwhelming, but let me remind you: you were the one offended by the said "dumb video" and came here begging everyone on this site to help you ban it because is's soooo offensive and dangerous.

I don't accept suggestions from random people on the internet on how to train kids. And in case you weren't able to remember what I said from like a few minutes ago, it was that everything children watch on the internet must be supervised by parents.

Mate, Relax! It's just a group behavior. If the first mate replied, "Done, Reported" you would have followed it. It's just a mind trick. Let's move on.

lol, I would definitely want to clean up toy-junks that way. But when the kids are not watching.

That video is not for kids, so why are you letting them watch it?
|

As I've replied here[^]
I let my kid watch the basic A-B-C rhymes, It's like 30 minutes quota per day, supervised.
When this happens, Youtube keeps the *recommendations* ready in the playlist. The original post is about this.

I still don't see what you are complaining about. I think you need to find a different forum.

If you felt the video is dangerous for kids. Report. Or ignore this thread. Simple?

Like I said, you need to find a different forum. This is not the sort of thing that CodeProject is about.

I disagree, see rule One.
- The lounge is for the CodeProject community to discuss things of interest to the community, and as a place for the whole community to participate. It is, first and foremost, a respectful meeting and discussion area for those wishing to discuss the life of a Software developer.
As the OP said, if you have no interest in the subject matter, just skip it.

Where exactly does this subject fit in either of the above?
