Really? It seems to me he his taking the reigns and yanking them rather hard in an attempt to reshape the company into something (but what?) according to his own vision. What we get fed is, IMHO, only the snowflake on some obscure side of the iceberg. Furthermore, I do not think we are done seeing the changes -- there's a lot more iceberg hidden below the water.
It will be interesting to see where this iceberg goes, and how badly it collides with the Titanic of consumerism.
OK, that was a really painful metaphor. It pained me even to write it.

He seems to me to be the Obama of Microsoft. Hope and Change but business as usual.

Not bad lol. But if Nadella is to MS what Obama is to the US then he will have to actually start damaging the company in ways that appear intentional to most.

Hey, where's Windows 8 screen I've heard so much about?

Where is the "upgrade back to Windows 7" button?
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.

That is expected to arrive with SP 23; to be replaced in SP 37 with "Upgrade to WinXP"

I read on slashdot how a CME just missed wreaking havoc to us earthlings a couple of years ago; which brings up a question, to wit:
Is it so that a superpower employed by Cyclops (of the X-Men) could be called a CME (Corneal Mass Ejection)?

Nah, that would be a CEE... Corneal Energy Emission. Just remember, if he can SEE you, he can CEE you.

Of course Windows 9?? exists. Windows 95, Windows 98 to name a couple.
