Fair point, but you have to be too close to Burminum* to go there for my liking.
* I once visited Brum, it was closed. No I did go, even used the world's biggest outdoor toilet; or 'bullring' as the locals called it.

While some parts of Brum may be a bit bad, it has... well, I mean, there's erm. Spaghetti Junction?
Sutton Coldfield (where I was brung up) was definitely the posh part of town - and far enough away from the likes of erdington to be reasonably safe.
Oi cun still doo a meen brummie accint when I'm drunk *
* no, that doesn't mean I speak with a Brummie accent all the time - I lost it quit deliberately after being teased mercilessly when I moved to London, every time Crossroads came on the box.

Having lots of outdoor space to explore is excellent. I'm from a village (well my parents moved there after having me) where we have several square miles of informally open access woodland just up the road. Exploring the natural world is much more interesting than any garden can ever be.

Two people in England have developed tuberculosis after contact with a domestic cat, Public Health England has announced.
Seriously, they go after the badgers with little or no link to moo-moo TB. Now they have cats infecting humans, what will happen?

What is this talk of release? I do not release software. My software escapes leaving a bloody trail of designers and quality assurance people in its wake.

Hey man, no need to be so aggressive. Just chill out and look at some cat pictures. Refresh until you feel calm.

Nothing at all to do with the uncontrolled immigration from areas of the world where TB is ubiquitous.

I thought you were true-blue, dyed-in-the-wool Tory, not UKIP?

It's the Hungarian elections next weekend and Mrs Wife was talking about who she might vote for. The main two are pretty much like the Tories and Labour here and she is not in favour of either. She actually "I don't know who to vote for, but it definitely wont be UKIP[^]!" [her words, but link is to who she meant]

They are springing up everywhere.
Which is weird, when you think about it.
If every country is complaining about "foreigners invading our country", then just where are all these people coming from?
