Easy? Must be some good laxatives. Here you'd get three liters of salt-water.
If you find tomorrow the harder part then don't forget to ask for a painkiller, a sedative and restraints (for everyone's safety). Once you ask for the latter, you'll get a better sedative

When I do my prep, I just use good quality store bought chicken stock & broth combined, and season to taste. I don't bother with making it fresh and then "only" having the broth, as it is too much of a temptation for me.
I am diabetic as well, so I drink clear grape and apple juice, and tablespoons of honey, to keep the glucose up.
The two day prep sucks, in my opinion, on so many levels.
