Since our company grow a new head it's barely tolerable here anymore. So I decided to look for something else.
Do you have any experience to find online work?

Unless you excel in a specific field which could have you relocated easily improving your salary, your best bets are two methods:
1. ping your close colleagues: contact people you know in other companies, contact your providers (you need to trust them a lot to do this)...
2. dive into the big ocean of web sites which are used to search for work.
In both cases it helps a lot if you have years of experience and/or you excel in something which moreover is not easily found.

Online searches are generally a lot of work for almost no reward. Most employment agencies the same; if you find a good one that actually does proper searches on your behalf you will be very lucky. I had most success by applying to companies direct and acting as my own agent. As others have suggested use your contacts, ex colleagues, even ex bosses.

Does anyone here work for, or have dealt with, iGate? I just had an interview with them and was, until now, completely confused as to what they were. I thought they were high end recruiters, but they are an outsourcing company.

IGATE is a services company that is organized in various verticals like Product & Engineering Solutions. It is more than an outsourcing company. Of course, they do leverage resources across countries.

10am taxi pickup, 12:15 flight to offshore, ~13:30 make it to platform, can't land due to weather, fly to Kirkwall, re-fuel, fly to Aberdeen, sit about, cancel flight 17:30, 06:00am check-in the tomorrow. The summary of a sh*t day!
My arse cheeks, legs, back, shoulders are all aching. The 19 passenger configuration of the Eurocopter_EC225_Super_Puma[^] has to be the most uncomfortable aircraft I have flown in.
Gets home and finds my 15U 19" rack has arrived, just need to assemble the thing now. Good job men don't read the instructions, because they are of no use.

The Swiss Airforce (or what shall represent an air force, they fly on ly during office times) have AS 332 Super Puma[^]s, and from what I have heard they seem to be more comfortable and saver than the EC 225 version...
At least they are considered save enough to participate at Air Shows[^] with them.

Sounds like complaining to me. Look at it this way, you could be starving like in some places of the world. Or you could be dead. Nah, your idea of a bad day is being stuck in an airport with stewardesses. Might wanna realign that there focus to be more positive.

If I treated my children like that, I would be an awful parent.  How could I teach them sympathy and empathy if I didn't treat everyone around me with the same level of respect for their feelings that I want them to feel is natural. I think you showed a lot of disrespect to someone that wasn't feeling very good, and I don't see how anyone benefits from that.
