Someone has trouble jumping to the right conclusion.

Then you should consider the possibility that the train line you stand above has overhead lines with 25kv.
(650V third rail sounds more like the underground to me.)

Not really - not just because of the risk, but because I don't consider it acceptable to pee in public. It's bad enough having to clean dog pee off car and motorcycle tyres - human pee I don't want to have to clean up, so why should I make someone else do it?

Wow I stand I awe for this level of ignorance.
So what can I gather from this statement of yours?
1. You've obviously never had any children to look after.
2. You've been also spared from caring for disabled elderly persons (like uhmmm your parents or grand paremts maybe)
3. Urine is one of those bodily secretions with the least amount of bacterial contamination compared to what other orifices have to offer. So what's the deal with that? (This may not be true for some cases where uretheral infections are involved.)
4. I'm a hiker, a biker (bicycles) and a fisherman and pretty please dispatch of my accumulated liquid wastes however fits the purpose. (OK, I try not to do that in populated areas, especially when other, more discrete, means of disposal are available)

You'd take wrong as well - I've changed my share of nappies and wiped my mother's bottom when she had her brain tumour. Doesn't mean I want to clean up after strangers, any more than I want to go round with a pocket full of pooper scooper bags and clean up after other people's dogs!

Herself has arthritis in her hips, and can't cope any more, so I had to get a car. And with no garage of off-road parking...
But my last was one of these: Moto Guzzi California EV 1100[^] because I like big V Twins, and going round corners, and Ducatis are too easy to lose your licence on!
(And the bike shop would always lend me a Ducati for the day)
