Five to you in lieu of Axis bank. My personal experience with Axis Bank has also been very satisfactory so far. They have good facilities on their portal, trained customer care executives and timely execution of all the processes.
My name itself is a partial palindrome : AnuraGGuptA
It's far more than about Rs. 3/- for the banks, as this is the one of the several standard practices they will have to follow if they want to be recognised by the RBI as a bank. Furthermore, there's an ombudsman that you, as a customer can escalate issues related to the bank (even if it's a matter of 1 paisa), and the ombudsman can do pretty nasty things to them if they found them guilty.
It's about them wanting to keep their image as a bank, and follow the protocols. It's not about 3 Rupees. They don't care about it either.
These are some rules that a bank has to follow. Forget about Rs. 3, I remember my case when I went to close my Standard Chartered account. I transferred all the balance through NEFT but it had 10 paise only in the account and I had to tear my first cheque to withdraw that amount from bank. When asked what is need of withdrawing such a small amount, they just mentioned that it is the rule from RBI and the bank has to follow it before closing an account.
I just got an email from some fraud/spammer with nothing in email body but a word file attached. Here is the content of that file

Me[^] and vijay[^] share the win with 5 correct guesses. AK[^] is short by one. Here my vote goes to Vijay.
Today it's men's football matches. Anyone up? My guess Morocco*,Korea,Spain,Uruguay,Switzerland*,New Zealand*,Brazil,GB
16:00 Honduras Morocco
18:30 Mexico Korea
18:45 Spain Japan
21:00 UA Emirates Uruguay
21:15 Gabon Switzerland
23:45 Belarus New Zealand
23:45 Brazil Egypt
00:00 Great Britain Senegal
Yep ,because all other matches apart from this match looks like a one-sided affair so we may have got it same with our footballing minds . And coming to this match i feel Mexico is a good side like korea .It's more of a 50-50 situation in here and My mind says it can be mexico
This particular competition will get more interesting, when the football goes to the quaterfinals stages at the olympics .And not many onesided matches will takes place so guessing would get tuffer at that stage .

If you would have put Brazil and Korea on the left hadn side, I would have won by 100 percent.
