Reading outlook .PST file

Hi all

I am trying to build an application which can read an outlook .PST file's contents. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I Know it can be done in VBA or vb.net. Could someone please tell me how to start off?

The problem with pretentious comments such as this one is that they are always the ones that come at the top of search results when using a search engine like I just have. If you don't have a sensible suggestion or another place to look then keep your unwanted sarcasm to yourself.
