1. Tag is the language-technology your question is related to
2. Avoid posting the email id if you don't like spam.

Tag Selection is the relevnt subjects you code is concerned with. In this case (I assume) C++.
But if you had a C# problem connecing to SQL2005 you might want "C#, SQL2005" instead.
The Tags are shown with the subject line in the Q&A lists, so we can decide "Do I know anythign about this?" before we look at you question.

Without at least some idea for what code is involved, it is probably going to be impossible to tell...
Basically, it looks like 0xC00000FD is a general protection fault: You accessed some memory that isn't yours.
