Link a button from one window to call up another window using the GUI Builder

Question about multiple windows and links.

1) How do you build/create multiple windows with the GUI builder for one project?

2) What do you need to do to link the windows via buttons? E.g. A small window with labels - Name - and -empty text field - At the bottom left a button "Customer Form".

When the button "Customer Form" is clicked, another window will popup with nothing but again labels and empty text field and when done either close the window (the upper right "x" as per normal).

I don't have that indepth about programming language so I hope that you can help me with this project.
