Please help me I want to develop a Video Conferencing tool for Student-Lecturer using Flash for Video Streaming from Lecturer cam to Student......
Such that the lecturer can view all the students in the grid format and the student is able to view only the video feed of Lecturer on the main screen.

Kindly help me how to begin with it

Okay firstly could u tell me is it possible for me to build a flash application for multicast in which.....from sender side I can view all participant video feeds in grid format and on receiver side view only the main video feed of the sender.....
