how to make SelectedIndexChanged Event for Combo Box that inside the DataGridView

Hi Friends,
how to make SelectedIndexChanged Event for Combo Box(binding values LINQ) that inside the DataGridView, in the next combobox i need to validate existing selection will not occur again,

eg:

if i select 1st combo value = 'DCF'
then user not able to select 'DCF' rest of other combobox

can any one help on this..,

SQL

note:
 combobox should be dynamic and assign values from the database table value
