Jar Application for mobiles

dear experts

as you always guid us time to time

now my problems is that i want to develop an application to run on any mobile (like.jar) which can sent a request directly on my webpage and receive a response from that page.

another option is that this application may connect with my online server database and submit request on my webpages accordingly.

Please help ASAP

Please don't think we can read minds or do astral projections to see your monitor. If you need help, the least you could do is to add some relevant code to your question or to explain your problem in such a way, that the users of CP can understand it. Otherwise, nobody will be able to help you.
