Unknown Pulisher Issue

Hi all ,

I have a software which upon installation(on win7) pops a dialog message window that contains following :

Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to your computer .
And then marked by :
Publisher : unknown

1.Now my requirement is how to get rid of this dialog box .
2.Also If I want to make this unknown publisher to "Some_Name" which should be verified by a company .
How to get the certificate for the same .
