Excel data into grid view

I had an excel file, in that file i had different headings under each heading there contains two or more columns and lot of data.
i had an drop down list contains all the headings in excel file..
My question is when a heading is selected from drop down list..the details according to that heading should be displayed in grid view
can any one help me please...
