How to create a dialog box to log in the admin and the member to my visual studio project, and how to create the permission for them first??

What have you done so far? What's the problem? Tag the UI library or application type. What is the "dialog box"?

Create a dialog box by writing the code..If it is a asp.net application, then you can use javascript for dialog boxes and C# in case of desktop apps
