Blank First index Value

Dear All,

I just need solution for Combo Box control. Basically I have binded Combo Box with database and at run time it displays first index value but my need is it should display blank value at run time and user can get all values on clicking in Combo Box.

Database:- I am having department tables with depid column what is given primary key of integer type.Since it there is primary key which avoids of null value.

If I use combo box without binding in database and just give all values thorough manually in visual studio then it can be solved.

It would be better if you provide me better solution.
