Its enough. Member reporting is not required in this case,IMO.

If you pay attention, there are two sections when reporting, the upper one is the "no way". The lower one is "need help".
The report of "offline downloads / Images" is the correct solution here. Now that article has a flag and...
possibility 1) The author changes it in his own
Possibility 2) CP-Editor members see the flag and correct it

Possible spammer: Linda Dixon - Professional Profile - CodeProject[^]
- Started by posting a question[^] with a link to a particular site.
- Then followed up by posting an answer to a solved question from 2013 with a link to the same site.
- When that answer was deleted, came back and re-posted the answer[^].

Just to understand the policy; There are a lot of articles covering different libraries which are not free to use. How should these be handled?

I would request that you please email them to me (sean@codeproject.com) so we can assess them on a case-by-case basis while simultaneously narrowing down a policy that deals with all edge cases and is clear and easy to follow for authors and moderators alike moving forward.
