How can I show a warning(Control) dialog with standard library not MFC.

If you just want to show a warning message then you can use Platform SDK's MessageBox
::MessageBox(NULL, "My Message", "Box Caption", MB_OK|MB_ICONWARNING);
Refer, MessageBox[^]

The MFC has as CWinThread class which helps you. Look for samples here and read the MSDN.

The two articles I provided are at the elementary level. What part is troubling you? Threads are usually not something to be tackled by a beginner.

From the MSDN
The CreateThread function creates a thread to execute within the virtual address space of the calling process.
