Please don't delete messages, just report it for few days.
So that filters can treat Baba..

I thought the whole point of being a protector was so that we can delete rubbish like this?? I've seen the spam filters working on forum messages but not in Q&A

I am not sure about Filters on QA. I will confirm it.
Thanks.

Response from Sean and Matthew...
Quote: Currently we are just Spam filtering Forum Messages.
If a message gets flagged by users as Spam enough times to be deleted it is added to the filter heuristics.
If a message is flagged as Spam by the Spam filter, then it is sent to the moderation page.
If it is deleted in the moderation page, it is added to the filter heuristics.
Adding a message to the Spam filter heuristics increase the probability that similar messages will be flagged as Spam by the Spam filter.
We will be turning the Spam filter on for Q&A shortly.
Hit post too soon
So we're both right! At the moment anyway

The point is new filters on learn phase. It was told here some days (maybe more) ago, they need the reports to learn. The "young" filters are the reason as well for some legitime accounts closed as collateral damage.

We can't (And thats the reason this forum is in place). Admins can. Spam filters are implemented and they are learning what is spam and what is not. I hope we will be having spam free CP soon.
