Jeez, this guy really doesn't like cats - or dogs for that matter.
I don't care if he is a "comedian" - if this article is an attempt at humour, he really fails, and if it's not, then he is seriously disturbed.
In my opinion, a person who is so cold that he can't care for a living creature, no matter if it's a cat or a dog or something else, is not a good person. He's off my christmas card list for sure!

Hi All,
I know Windows has short cut keys and I do use them on desktop machines, but on Embedded systems (PC104 etc.) at times you just haven't got a spare port, spare mouse to use, ability to reboot with out loosing the state. I was wondering if there is a keyboard mouse emulation mode ala the Amiga (as I remember it left A (amiga)key and the arrow keys) gave you control of the mouse pointer (not very accurate but...) is there a similar thing in Windows?, just wondering that's all.

Oh good, I though my Google-Fu was having a day off!, as I said I don't really need it, it's one of those things you wish you had when something goes wrong. On the Amiga it only tended to used (by me at any rate) when you had two joysticks plugged in and there was a problem at boot up (bleedin' hard disc)

Hmmm, it still relies on turning on a feature which is a fuss if there is no mouse available, the Amiga did it by default.

Got two of them, good machines for the time (still reasonable today  ). I was thinking more of the emergency "why did that software update you did cripple our bottling machine" situation (has happened many moons ago, too long to detail here, not my fault!).

That is the code way, I was hoping for an arcane hidden (just plain, nothing but Windows and a few ropey apps running) way to do it with having to go into anything else to run it! Thanks though!
